What we teach
Two things, done properly, rather than a menu of everything. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the core; striking rounds it out.

Monday to Thursday evenings
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — Gi & No-Gi
This is the core of the gym. We train both gi and no-gi on a seasonal pattern: gi on Mondays and Tuesdays from October to the end of April, and no-gi only from May to September.
Every class follows the same shape: warm-up, technical instruction, then live rolling that is entirely optional.
The self-defence base comes first. Before anything flashy, you learn how to survive bad positions, how to get up off the ground, and how to deal with the common attacks the art was built to answer.

Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 – 6:30 PM
Fundamentals
Thirty minutes built entirely for people who have never done this. It covers the positions, escapes, and vocabulary that the rest of the class assumes you already know.
It runs immediately before the main class, so you can do just this and go home, or stay for the full session. Both are completely normal.
If you are nervous about walking into a martial arts gym for the first time, this is the door to walk through.

Saturday, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Striking Fundamentals
Boxing and kickboxing basics taught with a self-defence lens: stance, movement, the handful of punches that matter, and above all defence.
Round out your ground game and learn how to throw effective strikes, what to do when someone is throwing them, and how to close the distance.
Included with membership. No experience or equipment needed to start.

By arrangement, with either instructor
Private Lessons
One-on-one with Pablo or Sebastian. The fastest way to build a base, and just as useful at blue belt and beyond when you want to fix something specific.
Useful if group classes intimidate you, if your schedule fights the class times, or if you are preparing for a competition.
Available to members and non-members. Get in touch about availability and rates.

Kids and
women's classes
We don't run a kids programme just yet. If you would like a class for your kids, let us know — enough interest is what gets one scheduled.
Our women's self-defence course runs as a six-week cohort roughly twice a year rather than as a weekly class, so there are stretches with nothing on the schedule. The waitlist is what determines how soon the next one is booked.
