What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. The liability waiver additionally collects your date of birth, emergency contact, any medical information you choose to disclose, and your signature.

We also record the IP address and browser user agent of form submissions. For the waiver this forms part of the signing record; for other forms it is used to limit spam.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to run the gym. Form submissions are emailed to wileyjitsu@gmail.com and stored in our database. Signed waivers are stored as PDFs.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your saying so. Medical information you disclose on the waiver is seen only by your instructors.

Who processes it

We use Resend to send email, Supabase to store form submissions and waivers, Vercel to host the site, and Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Each of these processes data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Signed waivers are retained for as long as we may need them for legal or insurance purposes. Other enquiries are kept while they are useful and deleted when they are not.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email wileyjitsu@gmail.com and we will action it. Note that we may need to retain a signed waiver even after other data is deleted.
